So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Just like the 'identity'; difference, diversity and fragmentation are the keywords in the postmodern vocabulary loaded with attractive connotations. It can be said that a structural transformation at the identity phenomenon is observed, a tendency towards particular and marginal identities developed in the postmodern era. Postmodern discourse asserts that the universal common identity of the subjects is no more possible; the social actors construct their identities through not the universal values, but their particularity. However the multicultural social life commitment of the postmodernism against the universal modernity dominated by forbearance and tolerance indeed bring separation in itself, polarization and the distinction of "we" and "other" in a more rigorous manner compared to before. In this manner under the cover of giving voice to the marginalized identities, postmodernism bereaved of these different voices (the voices of women, ethnic and racial minorities, colonized communities, etc.) from the power in a world of unbalanced power relations. The fragmenting effect of postmodernism -which is opposed to the modernist ideology of the capitalism, but not the capitalism itself- on the universal identities constituted by modernism and the reconstruction of identities through differences/particularities under this effect is the main argument of the study.
