The aim of this study is to determine the teachers' perceptions of organizational trust in primary schools and examine these perceptions in terms of various variables. Data of the research, which is a general survey model, were gathered by “Organizational Trust Scale” developed by Yılmaz (2006). Study group of the research consists of 205 teachers who work in seven different primary schools in Çankaya and Altındağ districts of Ankara. In this study, it was first tested if factor structure of “Organizational Trust Scale” was a valid model by using confirmatory factor analysis and it was determined that the three factor structure was confirmed. Besides, organizational trust total and sub scale scores of teachers were compared according to gender, branch, and seniority, and it was determined that the differences were not significant. However, significant differences were found in the comparisons of numbers of students and teachers in the school. Therefore, as the number of students and teachers in the school decreases, organizational trust increases in its general terms.
