Abstract:

Dicle University School of Education, Department of Education Sciences This research aims to determine my perception of the teachers who work in primary schools, the effective management behavior of the primary school directors. For this purpose, 357 teachers in the 48 primary schools in the Diyarbakır province center have formed examples of research, as a result of the analysis of the data, the primary schools l. and II. There is no meaningful difference between the teachers who work in the classroom and the teachers who work in these schools, the perceptions of their own school managers about the effective management behavior. All teachers indicate that their own school directors carry effective management behaviors in the middle degree. According to the perceptions of these teachers, among the behaviors that school managers show at a low level is the behavior of "visiting the classes personally to learn what happens in the classes".
