Abstract:

Mehmet Emin Resulzade spent more than 50 years of his 71 year life in an active political struggle, as a result of his independence campaign with his friends, on May 28, 1918, he put the foundations of the state of the People's Republic of Azerbaijan, put his name on the list of "the people who established the state". This state has passed to political literature as the first democratic republic not only in the Turkish world, but in all Muslim Songs. The political struggle “Free to the people, to the peoples!” Resulzade, who expressed with his poem and continued in line with this goal, received valuable articles from each other in the New Caucasian magazine, which he lived in Istanbul in the years 1923-1927, and published a total of 95 numbers. In the period in which the New Caucasus began to be published, Mr. Mehmet Emin, who had less than twenty years of journalism experience, was a mastery owner of the 5N1K rule, which is what, where, when, why and why - especially for whom to write. Profulzade was writing for the Azerbaijani youth, whose works were rich and full of words waiting for his solution... We in this work, Profulzade’s “Free to the people, to the nations!” We will try to resolve his poem from his writings in the book of Yavuz Akpınar, Selçuk Turkyılmaz and Yılmaz Özkaya, which was prepared for publication and rejoiced by the Turkish History Institute, Mehmet Emin Resulzade - New Kafkasya Writings (1923-1927) in the direction of concept and speech. We also took advantage of the Willig analysis method created in essence by Van Dijk and Parker’s assessment methods in this study’s speech analysis attempt.
