Abstract:

This study, which aims to determine the level of organizational silence of fatigue, is in the relative scan pattern of quantum research approaches. The research work group consists of 150 high school teachers who work in the secondary schools in the central district of Isparta in the 2018-2019 educational year and want to participate voluntarily in the research. Data collection tools have been used as "Maslach Exhaust Scale" and "Organized Silence Scale". As a result of the multi-regression analysis, the emotional extinction from the lower dimensions of exhaustion has resulted in the acceptable and protective silence in a positive direction, while the low personal success has resulted in the protective silence in a positive direction; the protective silence has resulted in the negative direction. The research is important in relation to the organizational silence and exhaust that the exhaust can create in teachers what kind of organizational silence experiences is important in terms of the formation of awareness of these experiences and the taking of individual and institutional measures for their prevention.
