So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı müşterilerin bankacılık hizmetlerine yönelik beklentileri ve şikâyet nedenlerini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Karabük ilinde 10 banka müşterisiyle derinlikli mülakat yöntemi ile yüz yüze görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçları, banka müşterilerinin; hesaplar, ödemeler, yatırım işlemleri, döviz ve altın işlemlerine dönük beklentilerinin olduğunu göstermektedir. Müşterilerin, para transferleri, kartlar ve otomatik talimatlarla ilgili olarak da şikayetlerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma banka müşterilerinin özellikle güvenli ve hızlı işlem yapabilmeyi önemsediklerini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. İlave olarak, herhangi bir nedenden dolayı müşteriler memnuniyetsizliğini dile getirdiğinde, müşteri temsilcilerinden çözümcü yaklaşımlarla hizmet sunmasının beklendiği görülmektedir.

Customer Expectations and Complaints In The Banking Sector: Sharp Example

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify the expectations and reasons for complaints of customers regarding banking services. For this purpose, a face-to-face conversation with 10 bank customers in the Karabük province was carried out through a deep interview method. The results of the study show that bank customers have expectations of accounts, payments, investment transactions, currency and gold transactions. Customers have also been found to have complaints regarding money transfers, cards and automatic instructions. Working bank shows that customers are concerned about being able to do transactions safely and quickly. Furthermore, when customers express dissatisfaction for any reason, it seems that they are expected to provide services with solving approaches from customer representatives.
