So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Many scientists have determined demographic variables such as age, gender, educational background, marital status, income and duration of working as individual factors affecting organizational cynicism. Considering from this point of view : this study examined whether organizational cynicism perceptions of the personnel working at a public hospital which was selected as an application area showed significant differences according to demographic elements or not. In the study, the data were collected using : a question including 8 items and consisting of socio-demographic characteristics in the first section and “Organizational Cynicism Scale” which was developed by Brandes (1997) as 14 items for the purpose of determining the organizational cynicism levels of employees and then adapted into Turkish by Erdost et al. (2007) in the second section. As a result of the study which was implemented with a total of 386 participants, it was determined that there was no significant difference in the organizational cynicism perceptions of the employees according to their educational background, monthly levels of income and status of finding-not finding their income sufficient : on the other hand, there were significant differences according to other demographic variables such as gender, marital status, occupational groups, age and duration of service.
