So many results that aren't mine?

Otel İşletmelerinde Yetenek Yönetimi ve Örgütsel Bağlılık İlişkisi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’nin önemli turizm merkezlerinden biri olma potansiyeline sahip olan Mersin’in Silifke İlçesine yönelik otel işletmelerinde istihdam edilen personel üzerinde yetenek yönetimi ve örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu, Mersin’in Silifke ilçesinde faaliyette bulunan 3 ve 4 yıldızlı otellerde istihdam edilen personelden oluşmaktadır. Uygulama için veri toplama aracı olarak Yetenek Yönetimi ve Örgütsel Bağlılık ölçeklerini içeren anket kullanılmış olup, elde edilen verilerin analizinde faktör analizi, güvenirlik analizi, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, Pearson korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi gibi istatistiksel tekniklerden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, katılımcılar tarafından genel olarak olumlu görüş bildirilen Yetenek Yönetimi ve Örgütsel Bağlılık arasında pozitif ve kuvvetli bir ilişki gözlemlenmiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, the aim is to study the relationship of talent management and organizational commitment to the staff employed in the Mersin’s Silifke District hotel enterprises, which has the potential to be one of Turkey’s important tourism centers. The study’s sample group consists of staff employed in 3 and 4 star hotels operating in Mersin’s Silifke district. The survey, which includes the Skills of Talent Management and Organizational Responsibility, has been used as a data collection tool for the application, and statistical techniques such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, arithmetic average, standard deviation, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis have been used in the analysis of the data obtained. The study found a positive and strong relationship between talent management and organizational commitment, which was by participants in general positive views.
