So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Osmanlı dönemine dair fıkıh tarihi çalışmalarında bir takım hataların yapıldığı görülmektedir. Bu yazıda söz konusu hataların sebebi olarak gördüğümüz; ilim geleneğinin göz ardı edilmesi, mutlak ictihad-mezhep içi ictihad ayırımının dikkate alınmaması, Hanefi fıkıh literatürünün yeknesak kabul edilmesi, fıkhın hukuka indirgenmesi, mer’î hukukun yeterince bilinmemesi, Osmanlı ilmiyyesi hakkında çok az çalışma bulunması, tarihi arka plan bilgisinin olmaması, mezhep taassubu söylemi, ideolojik dönemlendirme ve gerileme edebiyatı gibi meseleleri ele aldık.
