So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, aile işletmelerinde çalışan kişilerin şirket fonksiyonları, örgüt kültürü, örgüt çevre etkileşimi düzeylerine ilişkin kurumsallaşması üzerine etkilerinin incelemesidir. Bu amaçla, işletmelerin kurumsallaşma düzeyine ilişkin bulguların elde edilmesinde, Roger C. Alled ve Russel S. Allred tarafından geliştirilen ölçekten yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma için birbirinden farklı toplam 112 aile firmasında çalışan kişiler ile anket yapılmıştır. Bunlardan 16 kişi birden fazla soruya cevap vermediklerinden değerlendirme dışında tutulmuştur. Kalan 96 kişi ile araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the impact of people working in family enterprises on corporate functions, organization culture, organization environmental interaction levels. For this purpose, the scale developed by Roger C. Alled and Russel S. Allred has been used to obtain findings about the level of corporation of. The survey was conducted with a total of 112 people working in a different family company. 16 of them were excluded because they did not answer more than one question. The research was carried out with 96 people.
