So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Time is also important in the health sector which provides protection, development and continuity of health as it is in all sectors and even more important than other organizations when it comes to human life. When technology cannot be managed in this sector where it is heavily used, it will negatively affect all people and processes like a domino stone. Using effectively and being aware of the importance of time are the great pioneers of the success and quality of the hospitals which are important building blocks of the health sector where every minute and even moment compete with each other and employees involved in human life.   Many of the criteria developed and applied to measure the success of hospitals are questioning the outcome of the race over time. The main purpose of this study are to determine the time skills of health workers in the hospital and to determine the demographic characteristics that make a difference in the time uses of health workers. The study also attempted to revealed the demographic characteristics and the time traps that differentiated health workers’ time usage. The data in the study collected from the   health workers in Turkey Public Hospitals Authority in Edirne. In the study, a questionnaire including “time management scale- time inventory” was applied to measure the time management of health workers. The data collected were evaluated by using SPSS 21 software package program. In the evaluation of the data, non-parametric tests such as frequency analysis, t test and ANOVA tests and Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis Test were used. Despite the fact that there was no difference in time management according to sex, it was determined that there were significant differences in all scale and sub-scale questions according to marital status, education and occupational experience. According to this, it is revealed that there are differences in the time planning dimension in health care workers who are not or not having time management education. Accordingly, it is determined that the time training areas are more effective in long and short term planning.  In this study, it was also determined that healthcare workers were not able to stay away from the “perfectionism” and “guest” trap but from “telephone conversations” time trap. As a result of the study, it is necessary for the decisions to meet with a well-managed time in order to achieve the desired and effective results in health services.
