So many results that aren't mine?

Organizational commitment refers to an employee's loyalty to the workplace and an emotional commitment to it. Business ethics are all the ethical behaviors and standards that guide business behavior and movements. The aim of the study is to evaluate the relationship between organizational commitment and business ethics by health sector employees. The study was modeled according with the depictive and relational screening method and survey technique. The results of the research showed that there is a low level and positive (r = 0,112) relationship between organizational commitment and business ethics.
