So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

With the 1912-1913 Balkan Wars, Ottoman Empire lost her lands in Balkans. After the Balkan Wars Sanjak of Novi Pazar, Kosovo and Macedonia included in Serb-Croat-Slovenian Kingdom. The status of Muslims which continued to live in kingdom determined with agreements and constitutions. According to these documents the Muslims living in the kingdom were accepted as religion minority and were treated according to this status in all businesses. The religion threads of Muslims were directed by the Islam Union of Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The Muslim minority didn’t have education on their mother tongue. Within the state schools opened “the Muslim –Serb” classes for the Muslim students which have education in Serbian language. Also Catholic children didn’t have rights to have education in the classes which Serbian children were educating. Due to this within the state schools opened “the CatholicMuslim” schools. Within the religious rights Muslim students had religion lesson twice in a week and Ramadan feast and the Kurban feast declared as public holidays
