Bu araştırmanın amacı, örgütsel adalet ve tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkide örgütsel sinizmin aracı rolünü analiz etmektir. Bu amaçla yürütülen araştırmaya, İstanbul ilinde finans sektöründe bağımsız denetim, vergi ve danışmanlık alanlarında hizmet veren uluslararası sermayeli dört şirketin denetim, vergi ve danışmanlık departmanlarında görev yapan 310 çalışan katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Niehoff ve Moorman (1993)’ın Örgütsel Adalet ölçeği, Brandes vd. (1999)’nin Örgütsel Sinizm ölçeği ve Maslach ve Jackson(1981)’ın Tükenmişlik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, örgütsel adalet algısının tükenmişliğe etkisinde örgütsel sinizmin kısmi aracılık rolüne sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca bu araştırma, bağımsız denetim, vergi ve danışmanlık alanında çalışanların örgütsel adalet algıları, örgütsel sinizm tutumları ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini göstermesi hususunda önem arz etmektedir.
The aim of this research is to analyze the instrumental role of organizational sinism in the relationship between organizational justice and exhaustion. The research conducted for this purpose included 310 employees working in the audit, tax and consultancy departments of four international capital companies in the independent audit, tax and consultancy fields in the financial sector in the province of Istanbul. The research has been used as a method of data collection. The Organizational Justice Scale of Niehoff and Moorman (1993) as the data collection tool, Brandes etc. The Organizational Sinism Scale (1999) and the Extermination Scale of Maslach and Jackson (1981) were used. The data obtained was processed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package program. According to the results of the analysis, organizational justice perception has shown that organizational sinism has a partial mediation role in the effect of extinction. This research also emphasizes the importance of the employees in the fields of independent audit, tax and consultancy to show organizational justice perceptions, organizational sinism attitudes and levels of exhaust.
