Abstract:

Mobbing, çalışma yaşamında çalışanlara psikososyal ve psikosomatik açıdan acı veren ve çalışanların insan haklarını ihlal eden bir olgudur. Mobbing olgusunda temel amaç, sürekli, kasıtlı ve sistematik olarak yöneltilen sinsice davranışlarla, işyerinde bir engel ya da rakip olarak görülen bir çalışanın işten ayrılmasını sağlamaktır. Ayrıca bu olgu, her örgütte ortaya çıkabileceği için her çalışanın potansiyel mobbing mağduru olma ihtimali vardır. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada toplumsal farkındalık oluşturma noktasında mobbing genel hatlarıyla tartışılacak ve bu olgunun sosyal hizmetle ilişkisine kısaca değinilecektir.
