So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Nowadays, the lean approach is accepted as a key to the business operations, in recent years, it has been argued in literature that the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) technique among the methods based on this approach has emerged as a simple but effective method to provide a holistic view to the state of the value stream in a business. The objective of this study is to monitor how the non-value added (waste) work steps can be removed and productivity growth can be achieved by applying the VSM technique, which is one of the lean manufacturing methods and based on the case study approach. The related literature was examined in order to realize this purpose and by this means it was attempted to increase the productivity of the plant by application of VSM in the selected automotive company through the case analysis method. The data, which constituted the basis for the study, were collected by using document and observation methods. The map of the current situation is figured before the value stream mapping is done and thereafter the future case based map is figured again on the results of the gained data. At this process, it has been worked with the brainstorming team. With the implementation, remarkable efficiency gains have been achieved, especially in terms of cycle time and machine availability. Application processes have been tried to be described as clearly as possible. Consequently, it is thought that the study can provide an important lead reference to the conceptual literature and especially decision makers in production sectors.
