Bu çalışmada fıkıhçıların Allah tasavvuru incelenmiş ve şu temel düşüncelere yer verilmiştir: Öncelikle fıkhın ayrışma sürecinde kelam ilmindeki iman-amel ayrımının fıkha yansımaları ve bunun Allah algısına olumsuz etkisi ele alınmıştır. İbadet ve muamelat arasındaki kategorik ilişkinin netleştirilememesi sonucu ibadetlerle ilgili konuların ruhi ve duygusal boyutunun gözden kaçırılması, ibadetlerin şekilden ibaret formaliteye dönüşmesi, buna karşın muamelatın ibadet formatına yaklaşması ele alınarak Allah’a yakınlaşma duygusu ve düşüncesinin geri planda kalması irdelenmiştir. Fıkıhtaki yüzeyselleşme sorununu Gazali’nin çözme girişimi incelenerek, kendisinin başarabildiği ve başaramadığı kimi noktalar değerlendirilmiştir. Genelde fıkıhçıların, özelde Gazali’nin sorunun çözümünü Kur’an’ın deruni içeriğinde aramak yerine, mutasavvıflara havale etmesi, tarikata indirgenen mistik akımlarınsa konuyu ölçüsüz yorum alanına çekerek sorunu daha da derinleştirmesi irdelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak Kur’an ve sünnette yer alan çok önemli kavramların İslam âlimlerince göz ardı edilerek imkâna dönüştürülememesine dikkat çekilmiştir.
This study discusses about the God imaginations by the works of Islamic jurisprudence. The relationship between faith and action in Islamic Theology had results on Islamic jurisprudence and these have led to negative effects on imaginations about the God. Muslims have failed to see the spiritual and emotional dimensions of the rituals, so prayer were made turn into a formality. As a result there was no possibility to develop an intimacy with God in fiqh. Ghazzali have tried to overcome with the lack of depth in fiqh, however his success was limited. As a matter of fact Ghazzali, and the fuqaha in general, have referred to the Sufis for the solution. However the mystical movement in Islam have made this crisis deeper. As a result, some important concepts in the Qur’an and Sunna remained to be neglected by ulama; and they have failed to turn this problem into an opportunity.
