Abstract:

Islam has established a number of principles for Muslims in general. The implementation of some principles is specified in clear, precise and binding provisions, while the implementation of some is not specified in a clear, precise and binding provisions. The Qur’an and the Qur’an are the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the words of the Prophet. This commandment appears to be a speech to the Prophet, but it is a speech and advice to all believers. We will also try to explain in this article the meaning and importance of shura and consultation in general, its place in the Islamic religion, its position in the original and famous evidence that is the source of Islamic law.
