Abstract:

Ouml;ZET Osmanlı Devlet teşkilatında gouml;rev alan memurların, gouml;revde bulundukları suuml;re iccedil;erisindeki hal tercuuml;melerinin, ouml;zel veya memuriyetiyle ilgili durumlarının kaydolunmasına sicill-i ahval, bu tescillerin bulunduğu defterlere de Sicill-i Umumicirc; denmektedir. Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivirsquo;ndeki 1879 ve 1909 yılları arasına ait 201 defterde, tercuuml;me-i hal sahiplerinin ismi, mahlası veya kuuml;nyesi; babası memur ise ruuml;tbesi, bilinen bir kişi ise suuml;lalesinin adı; gouml;reve başlayış tarihi; tahsil durumu; liyakat ve ehliyet derecesi; azil, tayin ve muhakemeleri; gayrimuuml;slim ise milliyeti kaydedilmiştir. Sicill-i Ahval Defterlerinde sekiz tane Anamurlu memur tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar Abdullah Sabit Efendi, Huuml;sameddin Efendi, Ali Rıza Bey, Huuml;seyin Arif Efendi, Mehmed İhsan Bey, Mustafa Şuuml;kruuml; Efendi, Ahmed Ruuml;stem Bey ve Ali Arslan Efendirsquo;dir. Anamur Nuuml;fus Dairesirsquo;nde yapılan araştırma neticesi douml;rt tanesinin nuuml;fus kaydına ulaşılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Osmanlı, Sicill-i Ahval, Anamur, memur nbsp; ABSTRACT Professional records, privite and official information concerning clerks working in Ottoman State establishment were recorded in Sicil-i Ahval; and these notebooks containing such information are called Sicill-i Umumi. In Ottoman Archive in Prime Ministry containing 201 notebooks belonging to the period between 1879 and 1909, names of clerks, family names, the title if the father is a clerk, the name of the forefathers if a well-known person, date to start work, level of education, level of skill and capacity, dismissal, appointment and trials; the nationality if a non-muslim were recorded in these notebook. Eight clerks from Anamur are found in Sicill-i Ahval Notebook. They are Abdullah Sabit Efendi, Huuml;sameddin Efendi, Ali Rıza Bey, Huuml;seyin Arif Efendi, Mehmed İhsan Bey, Mustafa Şuuml;kruuml; Efendi, Ahmed Ruuml;stem Bey ve Ali Arslan Efendi.
