Abstract:

Class management for an effective education-learning is one of the topics that should be focused on.  For effective class management, one of the most important elements is the organization of the class physical environment in order to create an environment in which learning occurs. The main objective of this research is to identify the problems faced by classmates in terms of the physical arrangement of learning environments. The research was carried out in the 2017-2018 educational-learning year with a total of 50 class teachers who are in office in the public school, 25 in the private school in the center of the city of Bursa. Teachers were asked to fill a semi-configured interview form prepared by the researchers in order to identify the problems they encounter and determine what solutions they have developed to these problems.  The research quality research patterns have been carried out in the case study pattern and have been used in the analysis of data with the visual analysis technique. It is determined that teachers have the highest number of students, have problems with the vehicle and cleaning; have the lowest problem with the place of the plate, the common areas of use and the size of the class.
