Spor Bilimleri Fakultesinde Uc Farkli Yontem İle İslenen Basketbol Derslerinin Ogrencilerin Bilissel Duyussal ve Psikomotor Gelisim Duzeylerine Etkisi

Abstract:

In this study, it is aimed to reveal the effect of sport education model, exercise method and paired study method on cognitive, affective and psychomotor development levels of students in undergraduate level basketball course within 12 weeks. The population of the study was the students of Gazi University Faculty of Sport Sciences in the fall and spring semesters of 2018-2019 academic year, and the sample was formed 26 female and 23 male (N = 49) students who were studying in Physical Education Teacher, Coaching Education, Sports Management and Recreation Departments. As a result of the 14-week basketball training applied to the groups, no significant difference was observed in the cognitive and affective data (p> 0.05), while a significant increase was observed in the psychomotor area in all three groups (p <0.05). According to these results, it can be said that the effect of the paired study method on psychomotor development area is higher than the sports education model.
