Erkek Futbolcularda 8 Haftalik Kor Antrenmaninin Performansla İlgili Fiziksel Uygunluk Degiskenleri Uzerine Etkisi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, erkek futbolcularda 8 haftalık kor antrenmanının performansla ilgili fiziksel uygunluk değişkenleri üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmaya, futbol takımında düzenli olarak antrenman ve maçlara katılan ve herhangi bir sakatlığı olmayan, yaş ortalamaları 23,86±1,86 (yıl) , boy ortalamaları 177,81±6,06 (cm) ve vücut ağırlıkları 71,45±9,86 (kg) olan 16 Futbolcu katılmışlardır. Futbolcuların esneklik, sağ ve sol el pençe kuvveti, sırt ve bacak kuvveti, denge, vücut ağırlığı, beden kitle indeksi, 30sn şınav ve 30sn mekik dikey sıçrama mesafesi, anaerobik güç, plank, t testi ve illinois testi ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların esneklik, sağ el pençe, sırt kuvveti, denge, dikey sıçrama mesafesi, anaerobik güç, plank, t testi ve illinois testi ölçüm sonuçları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık tespit edilirken (p≤0,05), vücut ağırlığı, beden kitle indeksi, sol el pençe kuvveti, bacak kuvveti, 30sn şınav ve 30sn mekik ölçüm sonuçları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak Erkek Futbolcularda 8 Haftalık Kor Antrenmanının Performansla İlgili Fiziksel Uygunluk Değişkenleri Üzerine Etkisi değerlerinde olumlu sonuçlar ortaya çıkarak uygulanan antrenman programının normal futbol antrenmanlarına eklenmesi önerilmektedir.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of 8-week bow training in male footballers on the physical fitness variables related to performance. The study included 16 footballers who regularly attended training and matches in the football team and had no disabilities, with an average age of 23.86±1.86 (year), an average size of 177.81±6.06 (cm) and a body weight of 71.45±9.86 (kg). Footballers’ flexibility, right and left hand pencil strength, back and leg strength, balance, body weight, body mass index, 30sn swing and 30sn mock vertical jumping distance, anaerobic power, plank, t test and Illinois test measurements have been made. The participants’ flexibility, right hand pen, back strength, balance, vertical jumping distance, anaerobic strength, plank, t test and Illinois test measurement results have been statistically significantly differentiated (p≤0,05), while the body weight, body mass index, left hand pen strength, leg strength, 30sn swing and 30sn mechanic measurement results have not been statistically significantly differentiated (p>0,05). As a result, it is recommended that the training program applied to the normal football workouts by showing positive results in the effects on the performance-related physical fitness variables of the 8-week coral workouts.

The aim of this study is was investigate of effects on physical relevance varieties which related with performance of 8 week Core Training in male footballers. Totally 16 footballers joined the study as a volunteer who come to the trainings regularly and who haven’t any disability, whose age 23,86±1,86 (year), height 177,81±6,06 (cm), and weights 71,45±9,86 (kg). Flexibility, right left hand claw force, back and leg force, balance, body mass index 30 s lean and vertical jump and 30s shuttle distance, anaerobic power, plank, T test illinois test measurements of footballers are made. While found was meaningful variety identified statically between the results of measurements of participants flexibility right left claw, back force, balance, vertical jump distance, anaerobic power, plank, t test and illinois test; there isn’t variety identified among the results of measurements of body weight, body mass index left hand claw, leg force, 30s push ups and 30s shuttle. Consequently, it is identified that 8 week Core Taining in male footballers has a positive effect on physical relevance variety that related with the performance
