Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk milli takımında yer alan genç elit güreşçilerde kuvvet ölçümleri ile bazı antropometrik parametreler arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmaya katılan güreşçilerin yaş ortalamaları 19,5 ±1,6 (yıl) , boy 1,73± 0,7 (m) ve 76,8 ±14,7 (kg) vücut ağırlığına sahip toplam 66 genç erkek milli güreşçi gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Güreşçilerin bağımlı değişkenler olarak ağırlık, uzunluk çap ve cevre ölçümleri ile bağımsız değişkenler olarak da sırt, bacak ve el pençe kuvveti alınmıştır. Ölçüm sonuçlarının aritmetik ortalaması, standart sapması, minimal ve maksimal değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Kuvvet ve Antropometrik ölçüm sonuçları arasındaki ilişkiler ise pearson korelasyonu ile test edilmiştir. Güreşçilerin boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı, VKI ile sırt kuvveti, bacak kuvveti ve pençe kuvveti ile ilgili vücut bölümleri arasında 0,01 ve 0.05 seviyesinde anlamla ilişki bulunmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Güreş, Kuvvet, Antropometri ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between strength and some anthropometric parameters in young elite wrestlers. The study group was composed of 66 young wrestlers of the Turkish National Wrestling Team. Their average age was 19.5±1.6 (years) , average height was 1.73±0.7 (m) and average weight was 76.77±14.7 (kg). Their weight, height, diameter and circumference were used as dependent variables, whereas their back power, leg power, hand grip strength were used as independent variables. The data gathered from the measurement were analyzed through arithmetic means, standard deviations, minimal and maximal values. The relationships between strength and results of anthropometric measurements were analyzed by using Pearson Correlation. In conclusion, there are statistical differences at the 0.01 and 0.05 levels between height, weight, BMI and back power, leg power, hand grip strength in wrestlers.
