Araştırma, elit buyan hentbolcuîarda kas geliştirici kuvvet antrenmanı, kas içi (intra muskular) maksimal kuvvet antrenmanı ve hentbola özgü çabuk kuvvet antrenmanı olarak belirlenmiş üç tip antrenmanın, sporcuların vücut kompozisyonları ve motorsal özellikleri üzerine etkilerinin saptanması amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya 12 deney (boy uzunluğu, X: 169.25 ±5.10 cm vücut ağırlığı X: 62.5 ± 3.47 kg) ve 12 kontrol grubu (boy uzunluğu X: 165.75 ± 457 cm vücut ağırlığı X: 59.73 ± 5.33 kg) olmak üzere 24 elit bayatı hentbolcu denek olarak katılmıştır. Sporcuların antrenman programına başlamadan 1 hafta önce ve çalışmalardan 1 lıafta sonra standart alan ve laboratuvar testleri ile, kuvvet, vücut kompozisyonu ve performans parametreleri test edilmiştir. Antrenman programı 8 lıafta boyunca, haftada 4 gün olmak üzere toplam 32 çalışmayı kapsamıştır. Bu araştırmanın sonucunda, el kavrama kuvveti (P < 0.01), bacak kuvveti (P < 0.01), dikey sıçrama, durarak uzun atlama (P < 0.01) değerlerinde meydana gelen anlamlı artışlar, 20 m. sprint (P < 0.01) ve vücut yağ yüzdesindeki (P < 0.05) anlamlı azalmaların tesbit edilmiş olması, kombine kuvvet antrenmanlarının 18-25 yaş grubu elit bayan hentbolcuların atletik performanslarında olumlu gelişmeler kaydettiğini göstermiştir.

Abstract:

The study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effects of the three types of training, defined as muscle-building strength training, intramuscular (intra muscle) maximum strength training and rapid strength training, athletes on body compositions and motor characteristics. The study included 12 experiments (boy length, X: 169.25 ± 5.10 cm; body weight X: 62.5 ± 3.47 kg) and 12 control groups (boy length X: 165.75 ± 457 cm; body weight X: 59.73 ± 5.33 kg), including 24 elite backspillers. With standard field and laboratory tests, strength, body composition and performance parameters have been tested 1 week before the start of the athlete’s training program and 1 hour after the studies. The training program covered a total of 32 workshops, including 4 days a week, for 8 days. According to the study, a significant increase in hands-on capability (P < 0.01), leg strength (P < 0.01), vertical jumping, standing long jumping (P < 0.01) values, a significant reduction in 20 m. sprint (P < 0.01) and body fat percentage (P < 0.05) has been confirmed, combined strength exercises showed positive improvements in the athletic performance of the 18-25 year old group elite female huntballers.

The research is made on elite female handball players in order to define the effect of three different types of trainings,- muscle developing strength training, intramuscular maximal strength graining, and speed strength training spesific for handball-, to tlieir body composition, and motoric specialities. In this research 24 elite female handballer is used; 12 is control group (length, x:165.75 ± 4.57 cm; weight x: 59.73 ± 5.33 kg), 12 is experiment group (length, x: 169.25 ± 5.10, weight, x: 62.5 ± 3.47 kg). The athletes standart field, and laboratory tests, and performance parameters are tested one week before the training program started, and one week after the trainings. The training program contains (totally 32 trainings) in 8 weeks, as 4 days in a week. At the and of this research as it is determined that there are significant increasings in handgrip strength (P < 0.01), leg strength (P < 0.01), throwing strength (P < 0.01), vertical jumping, double feet jumping ( P < 0.01), and significant decreasings in 20 meter sprint (P < 0.01), and body fat percent (P < 0.05). It is observed that combined strength trainings between 18-25 age grouped elite female handballers have positive development in athletic performance.
