Ülkelerin büyümesinde ve gelişmesinde üniversitelerin, özellikle girişimci ve yenilikçi üniversitelerin ekonomiye katkıları önem taşımaktadır. Çalışmada Türkiye`deki girişimci ve yenilikçi üniversitelerin hem girişimsel ve hem de akademik açıdan etkinliklerinin analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için iki farklı model oluşturularak Veri Zarflama Analizi kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, etkin üniversitelerin Süper Etkinlik skorları belirlenmiştir. Çalışma bulgularında, Girişimcilik ve Yenilikçilik yönünden etkinliklerinin değerlendirildiği ölçeğe göre sabit getirili analizde üniversitelerin %18`inin, ölçeğe göre değişken getirili analizde ise %26`sının etkin olduğu görülmüştür. Bilimsel Çalışma yönünden etkinliklerinin değerlendirildiği ölçeğe göre sabit getirili analizde üniversitelerin %24`ünün, ölçeğe göre değişken getirili analizde ise %40`ının etkin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Türkiye`deki girişimci ve yenilikçi üniversitelerin mevcut kaynaklarını daha etkin kullanmaları ve çıktıları artırmaları gerektiği tespit edilmiştir.
Contributions of universities, especially those entrepreneurial and innovative, to the economy matter in the growth and development of countries. In the study, it is aimed to analyse efficiencies of entrepreneurial and innovative universities in Turkey in both entrepreneurial and academic terms. To achieve this goal, constant return to scale (CRS) and variable return to scale (VRS) methods of Data Envelopment Analysis was used by creating two different models. In addition, the Super-Efficiency scores of efficient universities were determined. In the findings of the study, it was seen that 18 % of the universities were efficient in the constant return to scale analysis in which their efficiency in terms of Entrepreneurship and Innovation was evaluated, and 26% of them were efficient in the variable return to scale analysis. In the constant return to scale analysis, in which their efficiency was evaluated in terms of scientific study, it was determined that 24% of the universities were efficient, and 40% were efficient in variable return to scale analysis. In conclusion, it has been determined that entrepreneurial and innovative universities in Turkey should use their available resources more efficiently and increase output
