Abstract:

States that cannot maintain their authority or sovereignty are described as failed states. Yemen, whose political system and state mechanism have collapsed, is currently experiencing a bad humanitarian crisis in the world, and is described as a failed or fragile state. The purpose of this purpose is to express Yemen's unsuccessful state turn. In this process, the unfair sharing of prosperity and power, under the influence of the political and economic institutions of Yemen, has led to the questioning of the legitimacy of the state. The legitimacy crisis that broke out after the overthrow of Saleh after the Arab Spring demonstrations turned into a civil war with the articulation of foreign intervention, and the state system was completely destroyed. Tertiary actors involved in Yemen politics have made Yemen a field where power and domination struggle is being experienced. With the effect of such a condition, Yemen started to be considered as the most fragile state. It has remained linked to a great humanitarian crisis, from the state of the state apparatus to actually collapse. In addition, the chaotic environment in Yemen threatens the international community.
