Abstract:

Bu çalışmada 20. yüzyılın ilk yarısında ortaya çıkan modernist romanın Türk romanındaki etkisi ele alınacaktır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde modernist romanın altyapısını oluşturan modernizm ve bu kavrama bağlı modernite, modernleşme gibi kavramlar üzerinde durulmuş; gelişme bölümünde modernist romanın genel özellikleri ve bu roman tarzının Türk romanındaki etkisi irdelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümündeyse modernist tarzın Türk romanındaki yansımasının boyutları ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümlere ayrılan çalışma sonucunda modernist romanın Türk edebiyatında ne derece etkin olduğu ortaya konmuş olacaktır.

Abstract:

In this article the effects of modernist novel that emerged in the first half of the 20th century to Turkish novel will be examined. At the begining part of the article modernism, that is the base and keyword for modernist novel, and related concepts such as modernity and modernization will be cleared. In the next part, main features of modernist novel and effects of this kind of novel to Turkish novel will be discussed. In the conclusion, extent of reflection of modernist novel to Turkish novel will be examined. By this article, how modernist novel is effective for Turkish literature will be presented.
