Araştırmada beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin sporda insan haklarına karşı tutumlarını incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 404 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni katılmıştır. Öğretmenlere araştırmacıların oluşturduğu sosyo demografik bilgi formu ve Sadık (2014) tarafından geliştirilen Sporda İnsan Hakları Tutum ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, t testi, F testi ve Mann Whitneyy U testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgulara göre Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin sporda insan haklarına yönelik tutumlarında cinsiyet, yaş, görev yılı ve medeni durum değişkenlerine göre farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Eğitim durumuna göre, doktora eğitimi alan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin, lisans ve yüksek lisans eğitimi alanlara göre tutumlarının daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca İnsan haklarına yönelik eğitim alan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin, almayanlara göre sosyal haklar alt boyutunda daha yüksek puana sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin sporda insan haklarına yönelik tutumlarının geliştirilmesinde konu ile ilgili kurs ve eğitim almalarının gerekli ve önemli olduğu görülmektedir.
The study aims to study the attitudes of body education and sports teachers towards human rights in sport. The screening model is used. 404 body training and sports teachers participated in the study. Teachers have been applied to the social demographic form of information created by researchers and the scale of Human Rights Attitude in Sport developed by Faithful (2014). In the analysis of the data, the t test, the F test and the Mann Whitneyy U test were used. The findings show that the attitudes of body education and sports teachers towards human rights in the sport have not varied according to gender, age, year of office and civic conditions. According to the educational situation, the attitudes of body education and sports teachers in the fields of doctoral education have been seen to be higher than in the fields of undergraduate and master education. In addition, body education and sports teachers in human rights education have been shown to have a higher score in the lower dimension of social rights than those who do not. As a result, it is necessary and important for body education and sports teachers to take courses and training on the subject in developing their attitudes towards human rights in sport.
