Abstract:

The work group of this study, which is studied in terms of some variables of the relationship between the social support levels perceived by high school students and the self-perceived points, consists of a total of 269 students, 146 of whom are studying in private and public high school kind schools in the center of Diyarbakır province and 123 of whom are men. In this study, the personal information form prepared by the researcher as a data collection tool, the Social Support Scale (ASDÖ) and the Offer Identity Immunity Scale (OBIO) were used to determine the levels of social support perceived by adolescents. In the statistical analysis of the obtained data, two-way MANOVA and t tests and correlation techniques have been used. The findings show that the self-perception points are significantly related to the social support points perceived, that the students have significant differences according to the class level, school type, gender, perceived level of success, but there are no significant differences according to the educational status of the parents, the number of brothers and sisters and the perceived income level. The findings were discussed in the light of the area in the summer and in various recommendations on new work to be done with the staff in the area.
