Abstract:

Management of software development projects is difficult because it includes complex business steps and the resources used are made up of real people. With the specific characteristics of the project, the organizational variables and the skills of the development team are among the factors that directly influence the project’s success. It is believed that the use of these three factors in solving the problem of software development process method selection will increase the success of software development projects. In the management of software projects, different process methods are used, including "Train and Flood (Traditional) Methods". It is important that the development teams are assigned to projects according to their skills and that the projects are ranked among themselves. As the first step in this study, we have determined the weights of the criteria using the foolish AHP method. Later, in the ranking of projects and employees, the foolish WASPAS, foolish EDAS, and December Value Neutrosophical Z Numbers (NZN) methods were used. According to the results of this study, the application of the software development method decision found that the number of errors and solutions could be improved by 4% to 6% and 6% to 8% and 6% to 8% when compared with real values in person-day values.
