The agricultural sector is a sector of strategic importance for the country’s economies because it provides the food needs of society, provides raw materials to the industry, has a positive impact on employment and contributes to the financing of development. With the growing world population in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, the need for agricultural products has also increased, and the countries have become unable to meet this need alone. Therefore, making foreign trade has become extremely important for the countries. However, the countries are facing a number of problems when doing foreign trade. In this study, the objective is to identify the problems they encounter during exporting with 80 companies that export agricultural products in the province of Mardin. For this purpose, the data were obtained by the survey application to companies within the borders of the Mardin and the data were analyzed with the SPSS package program. The results of the analysis have found that the capacity use rate of companies has a meaningful relationship between the age and education of the participants and the responses they have given to the export issues. The most important of the responses to the export issues of the participants were the export issues: high credit interest rates, increased production income costs, political instability within the country, diplomatic problems between the countries, lack of public support and incentives, the issues arising from the exchange rate, as well as economic uncertainty in the internal market.
