Bu çalışma ile Mardin il merkezi ve tüm ilçelerinde faaliyet gösteren muhasebe meslek mensuplarının sorunları ve çözümüne yönelik beklentileri araştırılmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Mardin ilinde ikamet eden muhasebe meslek mensuplarına Google Forms anket yöntemi kullanılarak Whatsapp uygulaması ile katılımcılara ulaşılıp anket uygulanmıştır. Anketin birinci bölümünde katılımcı muhasebe meslek mensuplarının demografik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik ifadeler bulunmaktadır. Anketin ikinci bölümünde ise meslek mensuplarının mesleğe bakışı, meslek mensuplarının sorunları ve beklentilerinden oluşan likert tipi bir ölçek kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Mardin merkez ve ilçelerinde ikamet eden 138 muhasebe meslek mensubuna ulaşılmıştır. Meslek mensuplarına uygulanan anket ile 33 adet 5’li likert tipi soru yöneltilmiştir. Anket yöntemi sonucunda elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının başlıca beklentileri muhasebe belgeleri zamanında ve eksiksiz olarak getirilmelidir, kayıt dışı ekonomi önlenmeli ve azaltılmalıdır ve meslek odası kamu kurumları ile meslek mensuplarının arasındaki sorunlarının çözümüne yardımcı olmalıdır maddeleridir. Muhasebe mensuplarının başlıca sorunları ise defter tutma dışındaki işlemler meslek mensuplarını fazlasıyla meşgul etmektedir, mükelleflerden muhasebe ücretleri zamanında veya hiç tahsil edilemiyor ve bazı meslek mensuplarının ücret tarifesinin altında defter tutması haksız rekabete sebep olmaktadır maddeleri olduğu görülmüştür.
This study explores the problems and expectations of accounting professionals operating in the Mardin province center and all districts. For this purpose, accounting professionals residing in the Mardin province have been contacted and surveyed with the participants using the Google Forms survey method with the Whatsapp application. In the first section of the survey, there are statements aimed at determining the demographic characteristics of the participating accounting professionals. In the second part of the survey, a liquid-type scale was used, consisting of the professional members’ perspective on the profession, the problems and expectations of the professional members. The research was conducted by 138 accounting professionals residing in the Mardin center and districts. With the survey applied to members of the profession, 33 of the likert type questions were addressed. The data obtained by the survey method was analyzed through the SPSS program. According to the research findings, the main expectations of accounting professionals are: accounting documents should be brought in time and in full, unregistered economies should be prevented and reduced, and the professional room should help solve the problems between the public institutions and the professional members. The main problems of accounting members are: the transactions outside the holding of records are too busy with the professional members, the accounting fees from the contractors are not charged in time or at all, and some professional members holding records under the salary rate has been shown to cause unfair competition.
