Endüstri çağından bilgi çağına geçişle, ortaya çıkan küreselleşme akımıyla çağın ihtiyaçlarına göre eğitim sisteminde bir takım düzenlemelere gidilmektedir. Öğretim programları eğitim sisteminin yansımasıdır. Bu nedenle eğitim sisteminde yapılan düzenlemeler öğretim programlarında yapılan değişiklikler olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Dersi öğretim programında bir takım değişiklikler dikkat çekmektedir. Bu değişiklikler programın felsefesine, içeriğine ve ölçme değerlendirme yaklaşımına yansıtılmıştır. Bu çalışmayla yapılan bu değişikliklerin öğretmenlerin bakış açısı ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma nitel bir araştırmadır. Trabzon ilinde görev yapan altı Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Dersi öğretmeni ile yarı yapılandırılmış mülakatlar yürütülmüştür. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda öğretmenlerin yaşanan bu değişimden haberdar olduğu ve genellikle bu değişimi olumlu karşıladıkları görülmektedir. Fakat programın uygulanmasının önünde bir takım engeller olduğu dile getirilmektedir. Yapılan değişikliklerin önemli boyutlarından biri de ölçme-değerlendirme boyutudur. Program sonuçtan ziyade süreç odaklı bir ölçme-değerlendirme yaklaşımının uygulanması gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda öğretmenlerin çoğu bu değişikliği de olumlu karşılamaktadır. Ayrıca öğretmenler bu yaklaşımın, öğrencilerin kendi kendilerini gözlemlemesine imkân sağlayacağı ve dersin verimliliğini artıracağı görüşündedir. Fakat zaman faktörünün, bu ölçme-değerlendirme yaklaşımın uygulanmasının önündeki engellerden biri olduğu da vurgulanmaktadır.
With the transition from the industrial age to the age of knowledge, the emerging globalization flow according to the needs of the age goes to a set of arrangements in the educational system. Teaching programs are a reflection of the educational system. Therefore, the arrangements made in the educational system appear as changes made in the educational programs. A number of changes in the body education and sports lessons curriculum are attracting attention. These changes are reflected in the philosophy, content and measurement assessment approach of the program. These changes are meant to be assessed by the teacher’s perspective. Research is a quality research. There were six semi-configured interviews with the body education and sports lesson teachers who worked in the province of Trabzon. The results show that the teachers are aware of this change and often welcome this change positively. However, it is said that there are a number of obstacles to the implementation of the program. One of the major dimensions of the changes made is the measurement-evaluation size. The program emphasizes that a process-oriented measurement-evaluation approach should be applied rather than the result. The majority of the teachers are positive to this change. The teachers also believe that this approach will enable students to observe themselves and will improve the efficiency of the course. But it is also emphasized that the time factor is one of the obstacles to the implementation of this measurement-evaluation approach.
