Geleneksel Türk Müziği formu olarak taksimler, çalgı icracıları için teknik hakimiyet ve kompozisyon kurma kabiliyetlerini ortaya koyma ve bu husustaki sınırlarını sergileyebilmeleri açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Ancak icracılar tarafından yapılan taksimler, bir eğitim-öğretim metodu ile değil, çalgı eğitiminin dışında talebe tarafından dinlemek ve taklit etmek suretiyle haricen bir yol izlenerek öğrenilen ve geliştirilen bir icra şeklidir. Nitekim Türk Müziği çalgıları bakımından üstadları dinlemek ve taklit ederek kendi komposizyonlarını inşa eder hale gelmek noktasında hayli meşakkatli olan Taksim konusu, ilgilileri tarafından halen eski usul “meşk” uygulamalarına benzer tarzda öğrenilmekte ve eğitimciler tarafından da yöntem önerilmektedir. Türk müziğinden başka ve farklı diğer müzik türleri içinde doğaçlama anlamındaki improvisation ve cadenza vb. başka kelimelerle tanımlanıyor olsa dahi, makam müziği anlayışı içinde görmeye, dinlemeye ve icra edilmesine alışık olduğumuz Taksim formu; icra şekli, makam yapısı ve üslubu gereği diğer müzik türleri içindeki doğaçlama temelli benzer uygulamalarından karakteristik olarak ayrışan özellikler taşımaktadır. Gerek enstrümanların yapısal özellikleri gerekse ilgili müzik türünün dinamiklerini oluşturan müzikal anlayış, farklı coğrafyalardaki müzik türleri içinde doğaçlama temelli icranın şekil ve üslup özelliklerini belirlemekte ve farklılaştırmaktadır. Bu araştırmada; İstemihan Taviloğlu tarafından Klasik Batı Müziği’nin en önemli formlarından biri olan Konçerto formu dahilinde kullanan ve Klarnet Konçertosu 3. Bölümde “Taksim” notu düşülerek notaya aktarılmış kısma yönelik inceleme ve analizlere yer verilmiştir.
As a traditional form of Turkish music, taxis are of great importance to show their technical domination and composition capabilities for playmakers and to show their boundaries in this regard. But taxations made by the executives are a form of execution learned and developed by following a path except by listening and imitating by demand, not by a method of instruction, but by playing training. In fact, the topic of Taksim, which is very busy in the point of becoming the master's listening and imitating their own compositions, is still taught in a manner similar to the practices of the ancient procedure "mush" and is also recommended by educators. In addition to Turkish music and different other kinds of music within naturalization meaning improvisation and cadenza etc. Even if defined in other words, the Taksim form, which we are used to see, listen and perform in the sense of official music, carries characteristically distinct characteristics from similar practices based on naturalization within other kinds of music due to its performing form, official structure and style. The musical understanding that forms the dynamics of the relevant music type, if the structural characteristics of the instruments are needed, determines and differentiates the shapes and characteristics of the performance based on naturalization within the music types of different geographies.
As a traditional Turkish Music form, taksims are of great importance for instrument performers in terms of demonstrating their technical mastery and compositional abilities and displaying their limits in this regard. However, improvisations performed by the performers are a form of performance that is learned and developed by listening and imitating by the student outside of instrument training, not by an educational method, but by following an external way. As a matter of fact, the subject of Taksim, which is very difficult to listen to and imitate the masters in terms of Turkish Music instruments, to build their own compositions, is still learned by those concerned in a similar way to the old-fashioned “meşk” practices, and the method is suggested by the educators. Improvisation in the sense of improvisation and cadenza etc. in other music genres other than and different from Turkish music. Taksim form, which we are accustomed to seeing, listening to and performing in the understanding of makam music, even if it is defined by other words; due to its performance, mode structure and style, it has characteristics that distinguish it from similar improvisation-based practices in other music genres. Both the structural features of the instruments and the musical understanding that creates the dynamics of the relevant music genre determine and differentiate the shape and style features of improvisation-based performance within music genres in different geographies. In this study; In the 3rd part of the Clarinet Concerto, which is used by Istemihan Taviloğlu in the Concerto form, which is one of the most important forms of Classical Music, the “Taksim” note is dropped and the part that is transferred to the notation is included in the analysis.
