Abstract:

İş yükü fazlalığı, iş görenlerin örgüt içerisindeki davranışlarında etkili olabilecek bir faktördür. Örgütsel sessizlik davranışı da iş görenlerin iş yükü fazlalığından etkilenebilecek bir değişkendir. Bu çalışmada, iş yükü fazlalığının örgütsel sessizlik alt boyutları üzerindeki etkisinde istismarcı yönetimin aracı rolü kamuda görevli 612 öğretmenden anket yolu ile elde edilen veriler kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Veri analizleri; korelasyon, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve yapısal eşitlik modellemesi yöntemleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, iş yükü fazlalığı ile örgütsel sessizlik alt boyutları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu ve bu ilişkide istismarcı yönetimin aracılık etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The impact of the excess workload on the ecological silence dimensions: the interdisciplinary impact of the applicant management

Excess workload is a factor that can influence the behavior of employers within the organization. The organizational silence behavior is also a variable that can be affected by the excess workload of the employers. In this study, the impact of excess workload on the organizational silence subdimensions was analyzed using the data obtained through the survey of 612 teachers in the public, the instrument of the exploitant management. Data analysis is carried out through correlation, verifying factor analysis and structural equality modeling methods. The findings have found that there are meaningful relationships between the excess workload and the underdimensions of organizational silence, and that in this relationship the exploitant administration has a mediation effect.

Workload excess may affect employees’ behavior in an organizational context. Organizational silence behavior could also be affected by the workload excess. In this study, the mediating role of abusive supervision in the relation between workload excess and the dimensions of organizational silence was investigated with the data gathered by a questionnaire from 612 public school teachers. The analyzing of data was made with correlation, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling tests. As a result of the findings, a significant relation between workload excess and all the dimensions of organizational silence and abusive supervision had a mediating role in this relation were determined.
