Havayolu ile ulaşım, diğer ulaşım alternatiflerine göre daha hızlı olması ve zaman tasarrufu sağlamasından do-layı insanlar tarafından sıklıkla tercih edilmektedir. Her sektörde olduğu gibi havacılık sektöründe de havayolu firmaları arasında kıyasıya bir rekabet yaşanmaktadır. Bu yoğun rekabet ortamında yolcularının taleplerini ye-rine getiren, kaliteli hizmetler sunan havayolu firmaları rakiplerine karşı üstünlük sağlayacak, yolcu sayılarını artıracaklardır. Bu çalışmada Isparta - Süleyman Demirel Havalimanı’nı kullanarak yolcu taşıyan havayolu fir-malarının performansları çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden BWM (Best Worst Method – En İyi En Kötü Yöntemi) ve MAIRCA (MultiAtributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis – Çok Faktörlü İdeal- Gerçek Karşılaş-tırmalı Analizi) yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmede kullanılan 4 adet kriterin ağırlığı BWM yön-temi ile bulunmuş, 7 adet havayolu firması da MAIRCA yöntemi ile sıralanmıştır. Ardından elde edilen sonuç-ların birbiri ile uyumlu olup olmadığını test etmek amacıyla bir başka ÇKKV (Çok Kriterli Karar Verme) yöntemi olan MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison – Çok Nitelikli Sınır Yakınlık Alanı Kı-yaslaması) ile hesaplamalar yapılmıştır. Analizler Lingo ve Excel yazılımları ile yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda en önemli kriter “toplam yolcu sayısı” olarak belirlenmiş, “Alternatif 4” isimli havayolu firması ilk sırada yer almış-tır
Transportation by airline is often preferred by do-lay people because it is faster than other transport alternatives and provides time savings. As in all sectors, there is a competition between the airline companies. In this intense competitive environment, the airline companies that provide high-quality services bring the demand of their passengers to their competitors and will increase the number of passengers. In this study, the performance of airlines carrying passengers using the Isparta-Suleyman Demirel Airport was evaluated by the methods of multi-criteria decision-making BWM (Best Worst Method - Best Worst Method) and MAIRCA (MultiAtributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis - Multi-Factor Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis). The weight of 4 criteria used in the evaluation was found by the BWM direction method, and 7 airlines were also ranked by the MAIRCA method. The MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison) is a method for testing whether the results are compatible with each other. Analysis is done with Lingo and Excel software. According to the analysis, the most important criterion is the "total number of passengers", the airline named "Alternative 4" has ranked first.

In this intense competitive environment, airport companies that fulfill the demands of their passengers and provide quality services will gain superiority against their competitors and increase their number of pas-sengers. In this study, the performances of airport companies carrying passengers using Isparta - Süleyman Demirel Airport were evaluated using BWM (Best Worst Method) and MAIRCA (MultiAtributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis) methods, which are multi-criteria decision making methods. The weights of 4 evalua-tion criteria used in the assessment were found by the BWM method, and 7 airline companies were listed by the MAIRCA method. Then, calculations were made with MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison), which is another Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method for testing the results. Analyzes were made with Lingo and Excel softwares. As a result of the analysis, the most important criterion was de-termined as the “total number of passengers” and the airport named “Alternative 4” ranked first.
