Abstract:

Ebrahim Haghighi, born in Tehran on 4 October 1958, is one of the best in contemporary graphics in Iran. He graduated in 1346 with a mathematical diploma and also a master's degree in architecture from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Tehran. He began his professional activities in 1348 in the graphics field. Haghighi is a member of the Association of Iranian Graphic Designers, the Association of Children's Illustrators, the International Association of Graphic Designers (AGI) and the Association of Iranian Documentary Film Producers. By 2003 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Iranian Graphic Designers and the secretary of the eighth Tehran Poster Biennale in the same year. Since 1979, Tehran University, Farabi University, University of Arts, Higher School of Television and Cinema, Azad University (Bachelor and Master) has provided graphic design courses. Some of the other honours of Ibrahim Haghighi: 5. Fajr Film Festival has an honorary diploma for the 1986 Best Poster Design (Tattoo) and participates in the Film Poster Competition until the 12th Festival. 6 . The Fajr Film Festival awarded the Best Film Fragment Award (Cold Ways) in 1987. In 1987 he won the Best Book Cover Design Award (Othello) at the first graphic art exhibition in Iran. Special Diploma (selected graphic artist) at the second exhibition of Iranian graphic art, chosen in 1989. In November 1989 he participated in the first exhibition of children's book painters. The designer has many successful works and is one of the great graphic designers of Iran. The online exhibition of the works created by Ebrahim Haghighi during the quarantine due to the coronary disease epidemic will be on the website of the Golestan Gallery by 1 July 2021. The exhibition includes 51 works created using digital printing techniques on the Fabriano carton. In this virtual exhibition, 49 works were presented at the price of 2 million Tomans, a work at the price of 3 million Tomans and a free work. The works on this exhibition include the well-known works of the world’s greatest painters and re-created new works using digital printing techniques, including elements related to Ibrahim Haghighi, Covid 19 and Corona and elements such as masks and gloves. The experienced artist named the works he re-revised during his quarantine "coronation". The senior artist, Ibrahim Haghighi, has long not left the art history untouched with the excuse for the spread of the corona virus to the world, and has opened the door to the world-famous artworks. In its world-famous works of art, it took Corona to the history of the world of visual arts, using the symbols of the universal Corona virus, from the paper to the gels and desinfectant gels to the mask and paper gloves.
