Abstract:

Covid 19 has led to the development of many awareness globally. The effectiveness and efficiency of the health sector plays a vital role in human life. In this context, the work satisfaction and the role of organizational citizenship in the relationship of excess workload and exhaust in health workers have been assessed as important, and an empirical study has been conducted during the pandemic period. The main objective of the study is defined as the role of employment satisfaction and organizational citizenship in the relationship of excess workload-extinction in health workers during the pandemic process. 402 data obtained from the health sector staff in a public and private hospital operating in Antalya have been evaluated. The findings found that dependent variable exhaust has positive, organizational citizenship behavior and employment satisfaction with positive, meaningful relationships with excess labour burden, independent variables; that excess labour burden is the role of mediation of employment satisfaction and that organizational citizenship behavior is the role of mediation in excess labour burden and excess labour burden.
