So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Sanayileşmiş ülkelerin dünya hakimiyetini ele geçirmek için başlattıkları Birinci Dünya Savaşı, Osmanlı Devleti'ni de içine alarak yeryüzünün büyük bir bölümünde tahribatı uzun yıllar giderilemeyecek acılara neden oldu. Büyük güçlerin ham madde ve pazar ihtiyacı sebebiyle başlattıkları bu büyük felaket, Osmanlı Devleti için sonun başlangıcı anlamına gelmekteydi. Savaşın ayak seslerinin duyulduğu günlerde tarafsızlık politikasını benimseyen Türk Devleti, çeşitli baskı ve çekişmeler sonunda savaşa dahil olmak zorunda kaldı. Bu baskıların en başında Alman gemileri Goeben ve Breslau gelmektedir. Osmanlı Devleti'nin savaşa dahil oluşundaki en somut neden bu iki gemiden dolayı ortaya çıkmıştır.
