Bu çalışmanın amacı işyerinde psikolojik şiddet ile iş tatmini ilişkisini, işe yabancılaşma ilişkisini ve işten ayrılma niyeti ilişkisini incelemektir. Bu yönüyle çalışmanın literatürdeki boşluğu doldurması beklenmektedir. Çalışma Trabzon ve Gümüşhane’de 194 çalışan üzerinde anket yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve hipotezleri test etmek için regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları teori ve beklentilerle uyumlu bir şekilde, işyerinde uygulanan psikolojik şiddet ile iş tatmini arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı negatif yönlü bir ilişki tespit edildiğini göstermektedir. Çalışma sonuçları ayrıca psikolojik şiddet ile işe yabancılaşma ve işten ayrılma niyeti ile arasında ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı pozitif yönlü bir ilişki tespit edildiğini göstermektedir. Çalışmada iş tatmini ile işe yabancılaşma arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapısal eşitlik modeli sonuçları psikolojik şiddetin davranışlarının iş tatmini ile olan ilişkisinde işe yabancılaşmanın aracı bir değişken olduğu bulgusuna işaret etmektedir. Bulgular yöneticilerin psikolojik şiddete maruz kalmanın ortaya çıkaracağı olumsuz sonuçlarını göz önüne alarak, işyerinde psikolojik şiddetin oluşumunu engelleme çabası içerisinde olmaları gerektiğini göstermektedir.
The aim of this study is to study the relationship between psychological violence at work and work satisfaction, the relationship of foreigning to work and the relationship of intention to leave the workplace. In this way, the work is expected to fill the emptiness in literature. The study was conducted by the survey method of 194 employees in Trabzon and Silverhane. The study used regression analysis to test the explanatory and verifying factors and hypotheses. The results of the analysis indicate that, in accordance with the theory and expectations, a statistically meaningful negative relationship between psychological violence applied at work and work satisfaction has been identified. The results of the study also show that a statistically meaningful positive relationship has been identified between psychological violence and the intention of getting out of work and the intention of leaving work. The study found that there was a negative relationship between job satisfaction and foreignization. The results of the structural equality model indicate the finding that in the relationship of behavior of psychological violence to work satisfaction, foreignization to work is a means of a variable. The findings show that, taking into account the negative consequences that the managers will be exposed to psychological violence, they should be in an effort to prevent the formation of psychological violence at work.

In this respect, the study is expected to fill the gap in the literature. The study was conducted with 194 employees through the survey method in Trabzon and Gümüşhane. The results of the structural equation model indicate the finding that job alienation is a mediating variable in the relationship of psychological violence behaviors with job satisfaction. Findings show that administrators should put in effort to prevent the occurrence of psychological violence at the workplace, considering the negative consequences that will occur after being exposed to psychological violence.
