Çalışma yaşamı, çalışanlara işle ilgili deneyimler kazandırmasının yanında, her iş gününde yaşanan çeşitli duyguların birikimine de neden olmaktadır. Bu deneyimler sonucunda kişinin işe yönelik zihinsel ve duygusal olarak bir tutumu oluşmaktadır. İşe yönelik olumsuz birikimlerin söz konusu olması durumunda işinden ve işyerinden memnun olmayan mutsuz çalışanlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bireyin sağlığına etki eden ve iş-yaşam kalitesini etkileyen stres, günümüz çalışma ortamında varlığını gösteren ve mücadele edilen bir olgudur. Çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye ve Rusya’da beyaz yakalı özel sektör çalışanlarının örgütsel stres kaynaklarını araştırmak olup çalışanların stres yönetimine hâkimiyetlerini analiz etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 5 Türkiye’de ve 5 Rusya’da olmak üzere toplamda 10 özel sektör çalışanı ile görüşme sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, çalışılan ülkenin Rusya veya Türkiye olması stres hissini değiştirmemektedir. Stres hissi, bireylerin iş yerinde sık sık burun buruna geldiği bir durumdur. Katılımcılar, Selye’nin, Genel Uyum Sendromuna göre genellikle alarm aşamasındadır. Bu aşamada birey, stresi algılamakta ve stresle baş etme yöntemlerine başvurmaktadır. Görüşülen çalışanların cevapları ışığında, fiziksel, duygusal, zihinsel ve sosyal belirtilerin arasından en düşük belirtiler sosyal stres belirtilerine aittir. Fiziksel stres belirtisi ise çalışanlarda en sık görülen belirtilerdir. Çalışma, Türkiye ve Rusya’dan seçili beyaz yakalı özel sektör çalışanları üzerinde stres kaynakları ve yönetim şekillerini ele aldığı için yazına katkıda bulunmaktadır.
Working life, in addition to giving employees work-related experiences, also leads to the accumulation of the various emotions that they experience every business day. As a result of these experiences, a person forms a mental and emotional attitude towards work. In the case of negative accumulations of work, unhappy workers who are not satisfied with their workplace and workplace appear. Stress, which affects the health of a person and affects the quality of work-life, is a phenomenon demonstrating its existence and being fought in today’s work environment. The aim of the study is to investigate the organizational stress sources of white-held private sector employees in Turkey and Russia and to analyze the competences of employees in stress management. In accordance with this goal, a total of 10 private sector employees, including 5 in Turkey and 5 in Russia, have been consulted. According to the findings obtained, being Russia or Turkey in the study country does not change the feeling of stress. Stress is a situation where people often come to the nose at work. Participants, according to Selye's General Compliance Syndrome, are usually in the alarm stage. At this stage, the individual perceives stress and applies to methods to cope with stress. In the light of respondents, the lowest symptoms of physical, emotional, mental and social symptoms belong to social stress symptoms. The symptoms of physical stress are the most common symptoms in employees. The study contributes to the paper because it deals with stress sources and management forms on the selected white-held private sector employees from Turkey and Russia.
