Kimlik konusu hem Türkiye’de hem dünyada siyasi ve toplumsal tartışmalarda giderek ağırlığını artırmaktadır. Etnik, dini ya da cinsel kimlikler tüm dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de uzun zamandır birçok yönüyle tartışılmaktadır. Kürt kimliği ve kadın kimliği etnik ve cinsel kimliklerin birer örneği olarak siyasi ve toplumsal arenada bir çok yönüyle Kürt sorunu ve kadın sorunu bağlamında tartışılır. Bu anlamda bu iki sorun Türkiye’nin en başta gelen toplumsal ve siyasi sorunlarındandır. Bu iki büyük toplumsal soruna bağlı olarak Feminizm ve Kürt hareketi 1980’li yıllardan sonra Türkiye’de gelişen iki toplumsal hareket/olgudur. Bu iki hareketin kesişimindeki Kürt kadın hareketi ise aynı dönemlerden itibaren Türkiye’de yükselişe geçmeye başlamıştır. Hem kadın sorununda hem de Kürt sorununda önemli bir konumu olan Kürt kadın hareketinin ne derece Kürt hareketi ne derece kadın hareketi olduğunun anlaşılması önemli bir konudur. Öte yandan ataerkillik kavramı feminizmin temel kavramlarındandır ve bir çok farklı feminizm türünde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Kadınların oluşturduğu bir hareketin kadın hareketi/feminist hareket olup olmadığını anlamada hareketin ataerki yaklaşımı oldukça belirleyicidir. Bu çalışmada ataerkillik kavramı bağlamında Kürt kadın hareketinin söylemi, duruşu, çizgisi incelenerek hareketin kadın hareketi/feminist hareket olma özelliği incelenmiştir. Kürt kadın hareketinin bileşenlerinden siyasi alandaki, sivil alandaki ve PKK içindeki Kürt Kadınların ataerkillik yaklaşımları hakkında bir tarama değerlendirme çalışması olan bu çalışmada Kürt kadın hareketinin geleneksel toplumsal ataerkil yapıya şiddetle karşı çıkarken Kürt siyasi hareketinden kendilerine yöneltilen örtülü ataerkil yapıya yeterince karşı koyamadıkları ve bu nedenle de feminist bir hareket olup olmadıklarının sorgulandığı görülmüştür.
The issue of identity increases its weight in both political and social discussions in Turkey and worldwide. Ethnic, religious or sexual identities have been discussed throughout the world, as well as in Turkey for a long time. The Kurdish identity and the female identity are discussed in the context of the Kurdish problem and the female problem in many aspects in the political and social arena as an example of ethnic and sexual identity. In this sense, these two issues are the main social and political issues of Turkey. Due to these two major social problems, Feminism and the Kurdish movement are two social movements that develop in Turkey after the 1980s. The Kurdish women’s movement in the intersection of these two movements has begun to rise in Turkey from the same period. It is important to understand how much the Kurdish women’s movement, which has an important position in both the women’s issue and the Kurdish issue, is how much the Kurdish women’s movement is. On the other hand, the concept of patriotism is one of the basic concepts of feminism and holds an important place in many different types of feminism. The patriotic approach of the movement to understand whether a movement formed by women is a feminist movement or not is quite determinant. In this study, in the context of the concept of paternity, the speech, attitude, line of the Kurdish women’s movement has been studied and the characteristic of the movement being the women’s movement/feminist movement. From the components of the Kurdish women’s movement in the political field, in the civil field and in the PKK, a scan assessment of the approaches of the Kurdish women’s patriarchy in this study, the Kurdish women’s movement is strongly opposed to the traditional social patriarchal structure while the Kurdish political movement is not able to sufficiently resist the covered patriarchal structure directed to them and therefore is questioned whether they are a feminist movement.
The subject of identity gradually increases in importance both in political and social debates in the World and in Turkey. Ethnic, religious and sexual identities are discussed in Turkey as all the World in many aspects. Kurdish identitiy and woman identity, as an example of ethnic and sexual identities, are discussed within the context of the Kurdish issue and the women's issue in many aspects in the political and social arena. In this sense, these two issues are two of the primary social problems of Turkey. Depending on these major problems, feminism and Kurdish political movement are both social movements/facts which have grown in Turkey following 1980s. Kurdish women’s movement that is on intersection of these two movements, started to rise in Turkey in the same period, too. Kurdish women’s movement that has an important position at both Kurdish problem and woman problem in Turkey,is needed to explain to what extent it a Kurdish movement or Women’s movement is. On the other side, the concept of patriarchy is one of the basic concepts of feminism and has a big importance in many different types of feminism. The approach to patriarchy of a movement which is formed by women is quite decisive in understanding whether this movement is a women movement/feminist movement or not. In this study, discourse, approach and view of the Kurdish Women’s movement is examined within the context of patriarchy. As a scanning-evoluation study, this article argues the partiarchy approaches of Kurdish women in political sphere, in social sphere and in PKK Kurdish terrorist Organization, as components of Kurdish women’s movement. Consequentially, it is observed that while Kurdish women’s movement protests the traditional patriarchal structure categorically, it is not able to challenge to veiled patriarcal approach by Kurdish political Movement sufficiently and this situation causes it questioned whether women’s movement free from the political movement or not.
