Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the academic motivation and professional concern levels of third and fourth-class students in the International Logistics and Transportation Department, Logistics Management or International Trade and Logistics Department, studying at the Foundation University. The sample of the study consists of 260 logistics students. Students in Logistics Research While academic motivation levels do not differ by gender variable; it has been found that professional anxiety shows a significant difference in gender dimensions, economic and social-centered anxiety and harmonised anxiety dimensions. The results of the analysis show that logistics students have high levels of academic motivation and low professional concerns. The professional anxiety of external motivation has a negative impact on all subvariants. In addition to the associate-centric concern of internal motivation, there is a negative-oriented relationship between all the variables of professional anxiety. It is believed that the study is important because it will contribute to the development of logistics students and the conduct of research related to logistics education.
