Abstract:

The understanding of effective leadership is considered to be effective in all areas of social life, but it is more significant in terms of health care profession. In the first quarter of 2020, the global health problems that humanity has begun to face will be more clear. In the modern sense, the definition of leadership has been different from the traditional definition of charism and personal leadership perception. The leadership theories from the late 1830s to the 1930s were formed under power control. According to the "Big Man" theory, leaders were born in a form that was not later made. But in the subsequent years, the perception of leadership in the framework of personal characteristics began to change. In the 1940s, the theory of personal characteristics "Trait" emerged. This theory was based on the capabilities that a leader should have. These were capacity, success, responsibility, participation, status and status. But even these skills were not enough to clearly define an ideal leader. This is what the understanding of today’s leadership is in a constant change according to social needs and demands. In the field of education management, our teachers can also be considered to be the leaders who manage learning. The study examined whether there is a difference between right-wing and left-wing, gender, class level, place of birth, sporting status and sports industry variants according to whether there is a difference between the athletes' leadership concepts. The analysis method "k2 (x2)" was used for data analysis. As a result, there was no meaningful relationship and difference between the participants’ leadership concepts.
