Abstract:

Remainder issues from the First World War got the door fairly by sufferer to the following battle. Though Türkiye subscribed an alliance agreement just after the commencing of Second World War with England and France, Turkish statemens primary policy was settled on not to ınvolve to the battle based on balance policy. The alterations during the longterm war led to Türkiye constantly being aware and update of its strategies on foreign policy, Defeated of German troops in the lands of Soviet and Northern Africa led the alteration of allied policies at the axis on Türkiye. While allied countries were enhancing the oppression on Türkiye for attending the battle on their side, Germany raised the amount of economic support for maintaining Türkiye’s neutrality. Ultimately the year of 1943 when the war was advanced in favour of allied countries, Türkiye consentted to participate in principle to the warfare for the first time on the side of those countries in Cairo Conference. Türkiye cut free all the connections with Germany on 2nd August 1944 and declared war against Germany and Japan on 23rd February 1945, but achieved not to battle in practice. The thesis for balance of power supremacy on division of powers was been spread on effort to prove with appearings of Türkish foreign policy. İt was practiced to prove the capability of standing as non combat on shooting war for the countries which were on worthy geography as geopolitic position in longterm wars with postponed policy of balance at realist approach under the leadership of experienced leaders.
