Yazın alanında Türkçe, söz varlığı açısından geniş ve zengin bir kullanıma sahiptir. Bu zengin kullanım özellikle Türkçenin özünü korumak ve Türkçeyi gelecek nesillere aktarım açısından edebiyat eserleri ayrı bir öneme sahiptir. Türkçe söz varlığının gelecek nesillere aktarımında sıklıkla kullanılan edebiyat eserlerinin en önemlilerinden birisi hikâye kitaplarıdır. Hikâye kitapları yazınında Türkçe söz varlığını ustaca kullanan yazarlardan bir tanesi Behiç Ak’tır. Bu çalışmada yazarın “Gülümseten Öyküler” dizinindeki çocuk hikâyeleri örneklem olarak seçilmiş ve dizide yer alan on (10) kitap incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Nitel yaklaşıma uygun olarak desenlenen araştırmada, doküman inceleme yoluyla toplanan verilerin yorumlanmasında içerik analizi tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Dolayısıyla Behiç Ak’ın çocuk hikâyelerinde Türkçenin söz varlığını kullanım şeklinin ve “atasözü, deyim, tekerleme, bilmece ve ikileme” gibi unsurları kullanım sıklığının incelenmesi çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Böylece elde edilen veriler ışığında Behiç Ak’ın bu yapıtlarında söz varlıklarını oluşturan söz varlığı unsurları ve bu unsurların kullanım sıklığı belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçla yazarın Türkçe söz varlığına dair kullanımı yazdığı eserlerde incelenerek yazar hakkında bu bağlamda bir değerlendirmeye ulaşılmıştır. Bu değerlendirmede Behiç Ak’ın çocuk kitaplarında daha çok deyim ve ikileme gibi söz varlığı unsurlarını sıklıkla kullandığı tekerleme, bilmece ve atasözü gibi söz varlığı unsurlarını ise daha az sıklıkla kullandığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In the summer area, the Turkish has a broad and rich use in terms of the word existence. This wealthy use is of particular importance to preserve the essence of Turkish and literary works in terms of translation of Turkish to future generations. One of the most important literary works that are often used in the translation of the Turkish word existence to future generations is the story books. One of the writers who used the existence of the Turkish word in the story books is Behiç Ak. In this study, the writer's "Smile Stories" directory's children's stories were selected as examples and ten (10) books included in the series were reviewed. In the research designed according to the quality approach, the interpretation of data collected through the document review has been used by the content analysis technique. Therefore, in the children's stories of Behiç Ak, the purpose of the study of the form of use of the word existence of Turkish and the frequency of use of elements such as "the word, the word, the twist, the knowledge and the twist" is the purpose of the study. Thus, in light of the data obtained, the elements of the word existence that form the word assets in these works of Behiç Ak and the frequency of use of these elements have been determined. For this purpose, the writer’s use of the Turkish word exists in the works he has studied and achieved an assessment of the writer in this context. In this assessment, Behiç Ak has come to the conclusion that he uses the elements of the word existence more often in the children’s books, such as word and twist, and the elements of the word existence, such as twist, wisdom and speech, less often.
