Abstract:

This research, aimed at determining the positive psychological capital levels of teachers, was carried out in the relative scanning model of quantitative research methods. The study’s work group consists of a total of 217 teachers selected by random sampling method from the teachers who are working in primary, secondary and high school in the center of Erzincan province. The data obtained from the study was analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA techniques. The findings from the study show that the positive psychological capital levels of teachers have been quite high. From the point of view of the positive psychological capital, teachers have a high average size, a "confidence" size. The positive psychological capital levels of teachers show a significant difference in the size of "self-qualification" in favor of male teachers according to their gender, while the size of "hope", "psychological resilience", "compliance" has not showed a significant difference.
