Abstract:

At the point of achieving people's goals, commitment to their goals, time management and keeping environmental impacts under control in this process is an important situation. The aim of this study is to investigate and make inferences about the commitment of individuals to their goals, their ability to control environmental effects in time management and time management in the process of achieving these goals, and the relationships between them. Questionnaire method was used as data collection method for the purposes defined in the research. Regarding the purposes of the research for the analysis of the data; Among the statistical data analysis methods, correlation analysis, chi-square relationship analysis and independent sample t test analysis methods were used. According to gender, it was concluded that there are similarities between men and women in terms of goal commitment, time management and ability to manage environmental impact in time management. The arithmetic mean of the target commitment value was found to be 3.31. The rate of those with high target commitment was 16.01%, the rate of those with medium level was 82.4%, and the rate of those with low level was 1.59%. It was concluded that there is a positive correlation between people's goal commitment, time management and ability to manage environmental impact in time management.
