Yükseköğretim Kurulu 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında uygulanmak üzere 25 farklı bölüme yönelik olarak öğretmenlik lisans programlarının ders ve içeriklerini güncellemiştir. Yeni güncellemelerde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından geliştirilen Öğretmenlik Mesleği Genel Yeterlikleri ve Öğretmen Strateji Belgesi (2017-2023) göz önünde bulundurulmuş ve Bologna sürecine uyum kapsamında AKTS yönünden fakülteler arasında standartlık sağlanarak, %25 oranında seçmeli derslere yeni programda yer verilmiştir. Programdan bazı dersler çıkartılmış, bazı derslerin saatleri azaltmış ve bazı yeni dersler de eklenmiştir. Güncellenen lisans programlarından birisi de Sınıf Öğretmenliği lisans programıdır. Programa ilişkin öğretim elemanlarının görüşlerinin alınması programın içeriğinin etkin bir şekilde değerlendirilmesini sağlayabilir. Nitekim bu araştırmada yenilenen sınıf öğretmenliği öğretmen yetiştirme lisans programına ilişkin öğretim elamanlarının görüşleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada yeni sınıf öğretmenliği lisans programının olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerine, programdan çıkarılan ve programa eklenen derslere, değişen ders saatlerine ve derslerin dönemlerinin değişimine yönelik olarak öğretim elemanlarının görüşleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma nitel araştırmalardan durum desenine uygun olarak yapılandırılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Sınıf Öğretmenliği anabilim dalında görev yapan ya da Sınıf Öğretmenliği ABD’da derse giren 15 öğretim elemanı oluşturmuştur. Öğretim elemanlarının 9’u erkek, 6’sı ise kadındır. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan yapılandırılmış soru formu ile toplanmıştır. Öncelikle soru formunun hazırlanması sürecinde alan yazında güncellenen öğretmen yetiştirme lisans programları incelenmiş ve taslak form oluşturulmuştur. Hazırlanan taslak form kapsam ve dil/anlatım bakımından uzman görüşüne sunulmuş gelen dönütler doğrultusunda yeniden düzenlenmiştir. Form son hali ile altı sorudan oluşmaktadır. Uygulama sonunda toplanan veriler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Veriler incelenmiş, bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmış ve bu sırada kodlar oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen kodlar ile temalara ulaşılmıştır. Sekiz sorudan oluşan soru formuna ilişkin güvenirlik katsayısı .88 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Veriler tablolaştırılmış ve tablolar alıntılar ile desteklenmiştir.
The Higher Education Board has updated the courses and contents of the teaching degree programs for 25 different departments to be implemented in the 2018-2019 educational year. The General Qualifications of Teacher's Career and Teacher's Strategy Certificate (2017-2023) developed by the Ministry of National Education in the new updates have been taken into account and in accordance with the Bologna process, the standardization of the faculties in the direction of the ACTS has been provided, with 25% of the elective courses included in the new program. Some courses have been removed from the program, some lessons have been reduced and some new courses have been added. One of the up-to-date bachelor’s programs is the Class Teaching Bachelor’s program. Taking the opinions of teachers related to the program can ensure that the content of the program is effectively evaluated. In fact, in this study, the opinions of the teaching elements regarding the classroom teaching teacher training license program have been studied. The study examined the opinions of teachers on the positive and negative aspects of the new class teaching bachelor's program, the courses that are removed from the program and added to the program, the changing class hours and the change of periods of courses. The work quality is structured according to the situation pattern of research. The examples of the study were made by 15 teachers who worked in class teaching or class teaching classes in the United States. Nine of the teachers are men and six are women. The data of the study was collected with a structured question form prepared by the researchers. First of all, in the process of preparation of the question form, the teacher training license programmes updated in the field in the summer have been examined and the draft form has been created. The draft form was reorganized in accordance with the proposals presented to the expert in terms of language/interpretation. The final form consists of six questions. The data collected at the end of the application is subject to content analysis. The data was studied, transferred to the computer environment, and at this time codes were created. The codes received have been made. The reliability ratio for the question form consisting of eight questions is calculated as .88. The data is tabled and the tables are supported by quotes.
