Abstract:

The most important function of agriculture is that it is a food source, that it is done by humans and for humans, and therefore it is concerned with many branches of anabolics, which clearly shows the importance of agricultural publication. In this study, the students of Harran University Ziraat Faculty have been studied the level of knowledge about agricultural publishing and consulting services and aimed at determining the extent of the level of knowledge about agricultural publishing. The main material of the study was the survey data of 140 students obtained through the survey from students who studied in different departments of the Harran University Ziraat Faculty during the 2020-2021 educational-learning period. 59.3 per cent of the students are produced by the family. Students find the course "Agricultural Publishing Communication" useful and are thinking of giving it to all departments but in Turkey they find the importance given to agricultural publishing insufficient. They believe that they want to work as a Ziraat engineer and that the agricultural publishing work should be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry units.
